Since April 1, 2020 we have experienced unusual shipping delays with international shipments, especiall First Class Mail to Europe and Australia. More recently, tracking information for these shipments has been minimal. This is due to a COVID-19 outbreak at the Chicago area International Sorting facility. The shipper is dealing with an immense backlog of packages, and has suspended most scans to reduce virus transmission.
No package has ever been lost, but these orders may take longer than usual to appear. Please be patient. Choosing Priority or Priority Express may improve delivery times significantly, but in a crisis there are no guarantees.
