Just finished my first guitar pedal, DIY kit The Quaverato Harmonic Tremolo. As a long time jeweler, I had no problem with all the tiny parts–there were a LOT of them. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. I have made electronic toys, Theramins, Tesla Coils, and LED flashers, so I had some soldering skills. You will need an ohm meter to confirm and calibrate resistance and mine was too old to accurately measure one resistor. That, and a few other issues, like having to remove and re-solder a few components, were answered with speed and clarity. It was a holiday weekend and Brach answered within 2 hours. Wow! Really incredible tech support, bar none. The components were very high quality and as a metal worker, I appreciated the fit of the metal box and the silent stomp switches. Most importantly, the sound is fantastic and it is easy to dial in your groove. I am very happy!
