I have assembled the mini synth just fine, but cannot get the sound to come out above an almost nonexistent level. I can only faintly hear it when I hold the speaker up to my hear. The same goes for headphones. I tried some of the tips here like reflowing certain points, but nothing seems to be helping. At this point, I’m wondering if I might have a bad volume pot. When the volume knob is turned all the way down, there is very noticeable static. Once it is turned about a centimeter, the statice abruptly cuts off.
