There are some things your kit vendor cannot do for you.
We make some assumptions:
You can read and follow English instructions.
You have the tools and supplies we say you will need. These are listed on each product page under “What You Will Need”, and also in the product assembly manual.
You have the skill to use the tools and supplies needed, including soldering, reading a multimeter, and basic woodworking.
These are things we cannot help you with through the internet or over the phone. If any of these are the issue, you really need to seek help from a personal person known personally to you.
We are here to explain anything you do not understand in the instructions; field your complaints; explain why we did something the way we did; offer suggestions if you make a mistake or break something; cheer you on when discouraged.
