I did the mod kit installation yesterday. Everything went pretty smoothly. The pedal works and sounds amazing. I have it after my drives and before my modulation and delay pedals and my tone stays perfectly consistent throughout the entire sweep which is what I wanted. I do recommend using a tablet for the directions or possibly color printouts. My b/w laser printouts were useless in terms of the images and the images are vital to the build.

I’m glad to hear the installation went well and the VPM-1 works great for you.
Using a tablet is a great idea. Yes, I’m sure black and white prints are not as helpful….it’s also a lot of paper.
